Pre-Authorisation

All guests are required to give a Pre-Authorisation of a Credit/Debit Card on Check in. A hold will be placed on your card for the outstanding room balance and estimated incidentals for the duration of your stay. If no card is available you will be required to give a Cash Deposit.

Check in and Check out

Make the most of your stay at Owston Hall and join us from 2pm onwards to enjoy the Spa facilities (treatments must be booked in advance), take a stroll around the grounds, relax in the lounge areas with an Afternoon Tea or have some lunch. Likewise on your departure day, do not feel the need to rush off, why not remain our guest for the day.

Your room will be ready from 2.00 p.m. on your arrival day and we would kindly ask that you are ready to vacate your room by 11.00 a.m. on your day of departure.

Dogs

Well behaved dogs are welcome at Owston Hall. They are permitted in all public rooms on a lead, but not in any of our dining rooms. Please do not leave your pooch unattended in your bedroom. We do charge £20 per night, a maximum of 1 dog per room.

Dogs are only allowed to stay in our Standard Rooms.

Important – Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation Policy – A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 12.00pm hotel local time 1 day before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.

Advance Purchase Policy – Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. The reservation cannot cancelled or amended. The full payment amount is non-refundable.
