We gladly accept reservations made online, by telephone/email and request a deposit is paid for each booking. We will also accept all major credit cards as a guarantee of your reservation.
Check in and Check out
Make the most of your stay at Owston Hall and join us from 11.00 a.m. onwards to enjoy the Spa facilities (treatments must be booked in advance), take a stroll around the grounds, relax in the lounge areas with an Afternoon Tea or have some lunch. Likewise on your departure day, do not feel the need to rush off, why not remain our guest for the day.
Your room will be ready from 2.00 p.m. on your arrival day and we would kindly ask that you are ready to vacate your room by 11.00 a.m. on your day of departure.
Well behaved dogs are welcome at Owston Hall. They are permitted in all public rooms on a lead, but not in any of our dining rooms. Please do not leave your pooch unattended in your bedroom. We do charge £15.00 per night, per dog.
Dogs are only allowed to stay in our Standard Rooms.
We would respectfully request that smart / casual attire is worn at all times.
A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to all parties of 8 or more on food and beverage charges.
Important – Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation Policy – A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 12.00pm hotel local time 1 day before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.
Advance Purchase Policy – Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. The reservation cannot cancelled or amended. The full payment amount is non-refundable.
